For custom projects, you do. You receive the source code and documentation at handover.

Often, yes. If one of our platforms covers most of what you need, we can customise it — faster and cheaper than starting from zero.
How do you price custom software?
After the requirement workshop we give a fixed quote per phase, so there are no surprise bills.
